Terms and Conditions

Everclean Car Wash

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of services, membership enrollment, and use of Everclean Car Wash (“Everclean,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a wash, enrolling in a membership, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.


1. Services

Everclean Car Wash offers single wash packages, unlimited wash memberships, prepaid plans, promotions, and related services depending on location.

Services, pricing, operating hours, wash packages, and availability may vary by location and may be changed at any time.

We reserve the right to close temporarily due to weather, maintenance, equipment issues, holidays, staffing shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.


2. Unlimited Membership Plans

Unlimited memberships are monthly recurring plans that allow one registered vehicle to receive washes subject to plan level and location participation.

Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled vehicle associated with the account.

Memberships may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes unless expressly approved by Everclean.


3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

By enrolling in a monthly membership, you authorize Everclean to charge your designated payment method each month until canceled.

Billing typically occurs on the original signup date each month. If the date does not occur in a given month, billing may occur on the nearest available date.

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.


4. Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be canceled at any time by:

  • Visiting an Everclean location
  • Calling customer support
  • Using the mobile app (if available)
  • Submitting a request through our website

Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

No partial month refunds will be issued after billing has processed.


5. Refund Policy

All wash sales are final.

Membership charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or approved at Everclean’s sole discretion.

Unused washes or partially used membership periods are not eligible for refunds or credits.


6. Text Messages and Email Communications

When signing up for a wash package, membership, promotion, or account, you may provide consent to receive transactional and marketing communications via SMS and email.

Transactional messages may include:

  • Billing notices
  • Account updates
  • Membership reminders
  • Service alerts
  • Appointment confirmations

Marketing messages may include:

  • Promotions
  • Discounts
  • New service announcements
  • Seasonal offers

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.


7. Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to expiration dates, availability, and participating locations.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Everclean reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.


8. Vehicle Eligibility and Use at Your Own Risk

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is safe and suitable for automated wash systems.

Do not use the wash if your vehicle has:

  • Loose trim
  • Broken mirrors
  • Non-secure accessories
  • Existing body damage
  • Oversized tires or modifications
  • Roof cargo
  • Trailer hitches causing clearance issues

Everclean is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, loose parts, aftermarket accessories, improper vehicle operation, or failure to follow staff instructions.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everclean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in dispute.


10. Damage Claims

Any damage claim must be reported to onsite management before leaving the premises or within 24 hours of service.

Claims may require inspection, photographs, and review of surveillance footage.

Failure to report promptly may result in denial of the claim.


11. Account Accuracy

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information.

Everclean is not responsible for failed notices or billing issues caused by outdated customer information.


12. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with the Everclean Privacy Policy.


13. Changes to Terms

Everclean may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted online or at participating locations.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
